Commercial Use: You may use Menu Link and any QR codes generated through the service for commercial, business, promotional, or resale purposes, provided such use complies with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You remain responsible for ensuring that your content and uses do not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or breach any other agreements or obligations.
Menu Link is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service. Menu Link does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy of scan tracking data. No device, location, or personal data is collected for anonymous QR code scans.
In no event shall Menu Link or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Menu Link, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

You retain all ownership rights to your menu content, including items, descriptions, images, business information, and reviews. You grant Menu Link a license to host, display, and distribute your menu content according to your published/visibility settings. If you delete content, it will be removed from public display within a reasonable timeframe.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
