Website Maintenance

Standard maintenance and requested updates are billed at a rate of £25 per hour. Please note that while general infrastructure and server-side maintenance are fully covered by Acorn Media, client-specific content changes or functional updates are performed upon request. Emergency Support: Urgent or "out-of-hours" support is available and is charged at £75 per hour.

Hosting Solutions

Our hosting packages range from £10 to £80 per month, tailored to your specific traffic volume and technical requirements. For highly specialised or bespoke server configurations, we provide custom quotes on a per-project basis. All hosting services require a 30-day notice period for cancellation.

Website Transfers

Transferring an existing site to our servers is charged at our standard hourly rate of £25. The total time required is dependent on the complexity and size of the website.

Domain Registration & Renewals

Domains are charged at industry-standard rates plus a 20% administration fee per annum. For example, a standard .com domain typically costs approximately £13 per year.

Website Design and Development

Project fees are calculated based on your specific requirements and the overall scope of work. A full quotation will be provided and agreed upon before any work commences.

Deposit A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the project and cover the initial deployment of necessary hardware and services.

Final Payment The remaining balance is due upon project completion and only once you are fully satisfied with the result.

SEO and Search Engine Monitoring

Initial Optimisation: A one-off fee of £200 for setup, SEO management, and initial site optimisation.

Ongoing Monitoring £25 per month for continuous search engine performance tracking.

What is Included?

Our management fee is all-inclusive. We do not charge hidden extras for setup or creative changes. Your fee covers:

Administration Ongoing bid management, keyword optimisation, and performance tracking

Reporting Regular updates on how your budget is performing

Our Fee Structure

We charge a flat management fee of 20% of your monthly advertising spend. To support our clients as they scale, we cap this fee at £1,000 per month. Key Benefits • Budget Certainty: You will never pay more than £1,000 in management fees, regardless of how much your advertising budget grows beyond £5,000. • No Hidden Costs: Ad creation and account administration are included as standard. • Scalable Growth: As your business grows, our capped fee ensures your return on investment remains the priority.
